Find a little spritzer bottle (I use the 1 oz. ones from SKS), fill it 1/4 of the way with alcohol (I use high-proof vodka), add in your EO/FE blend, and fill the rest of the way with water. Doing it this way prevents spills; no need to open the bottle! Just spray it on a hanky, cottonball, etc. to use it! Some of my friends who work in an office will soak a cottonball and put it right next to the vent on their computer to help diffuse the aroma through their cubicle. Hope that helps!
