I have a spray I make called 3PM Blues, to wake you up

after the heavy carbo-load that typically defines a

school lunch ;) I use Basil (increases mental

function, brings your awareness back into focus),

Grapefruit (energizing, lifts spirits), and Lavender

(rounds out the blend nicely) essential oils, with

flower essences of Blueberry (for endurance), Yarrow

(to shield from unnecessary outside stimulation) and

Angelica (another good protective essence).

Find a little spritzer bottle (I use the 1 oz. ones

from SKS), fill it 1/4 of the way with alcohol (I use

high-proof vodka), add in your EO/FE blend, and fill

the rest of the way with water.

Doing it this way prevents spills; no need to open the

bottle! Just spray it on a hanky, cottonball, etc. to

use it! Some of my friends who work in an office will

soak a cottonball and put it right next to the vent on

their computer to help diffuse the aroma through their

cubicle.

Hope that helps!

Green Blessings,

Rebecca
