Guest guest
My carpal tunnel has resurfaced. I have a brace that my ex-doctor gave me (well, I paid for it) 3 years ago, and it does help while I sleep but I am looking for a non prescribed treatment to use for when I am awake. I have used shark cartilage in the past (and it seemed to work then) but I have been told that it really doesn't do anything for the problem. Right now the pain and tingles are not too bad except that my middle finger feels numb, and so it goes unless I hang my hand/arm down for a few seconds. Anyone have any ideas??? Thanks............. Guest guest
Years ago, I began developing carpal tunnel. A wise nurse suggested B Complex frequently throughout the day, because it goes through your system in 20 minutes. I started taking it 4 times a day. I don’t remember how long it was before the tingling and pain quit, but it was in just a few weeks. I’ve been on B-125 complex daily ever since and have had no reoccurrence of carpal tunnel, even though I continued with the same repetitive motion that cause it. B is also wonderful for the nerves if you are stressed or upset. Love and blessings, Jan
Guest guest
I forgot to add that the reason to take B Complex, according to that nurse, is that if you take only 1 or 2 of the B’s, your body will be robbed of the others in order to utilize the ones you want. Therefore, taking a B Complex prevents that stripping of the B’s out of your system. Love and blessings, Jan
