" I bought this, and it's doing that " or " I bought this and I don't know what to do with it. " my first reaction always is " did you ask the vendor you ordered it from " and I explain I really can't comment about what they have, since it's not ours... but I explain what OURS will do, or should be used for. hopefully they will be impressed enough by our knowledge of OUR stuff to maybe come back when they are shopping, not just asking!
