Guest guest
Chris: I'm a simple kinda gal and to me there is nothing better than a good homemade peach cobbler with homemade vanilla ice cream. :>) Take one of those long oblong pans and make your crust (or purchase the already crust) lay it down, add your peaches that have been sliced and soaked over night in sugar, add the top crust and bake till the juices are oozing out of the slits on top. Nothing better oh my it has been a while since I had some of my moms. Thanks for leading me down that memory... :>) A really quick cobbler 1 cup of self rising 1 cup of sugar 1 cup of fresh goats milk 1 stick of butter Amount of peaches that ya want (maybe around 25-30 ounces) Take baking bowl and place butter in it and let melt in oven, take out and mix the rest of the ingredients into the pan then pour your peaches in on top and stir a little, bake at 350 till it is brown enough for ya and the center is done, usually an hour or just a little more. Was just telling DH about this and now he wants me to make some....teee heee Blessings to you, Janet ><((((º>·´¯`·:.· ><((((º>¸¸.·´¯`><((((º> Meadowyck, Artistic Body Essentials
