depends how you want to use them, Pam. For meditation, I really prefer to

use an aroma lamp...somehow the candle's flame adds to the

ambience/mood/relaxation. If this is what you want, just blend the neat

oils, put warm water in the lamp and add a few drops of the blend.

 

If you want to use it physically on your body, then dilute in an UNSCENTED

carrier oil. (we usually prefer jojoba or Fractionated Coconut, for their

extended shelf life.)

You can put it in a difuser with a tea light under it

and it works well. There are electric ones as well. I

sometimes use a potpourri pot as a difuser always put

water in it and add a drop or 2 of your oils, that is

to keep the glass from cracking, also to keep the oils

from getting too hot and possibly causing a fire.

There are also light bulb rings that you can put the

oils into and turn on the light. I difuses nicely.
