OT: speaking of whole foods

Has anyone else seen this?

Sara Lee is marketing white bread as whole grain. That little bread

slices graphic is such a lie. Click the ingredients list, the first

ingredient is white flour. And that little tagline under FIBER, " All

the fiber and many nutrients of 100% whole wheat bred. "

 

I'm sorry, " many " isn't " all " ... NOT so equal to 100% whole wheat.

 

<sigh> I guess Sara Lee is just the first to check with their lawyers

and hear, " Hey, you can get away with this. "
