Guest guest
Hi Dede... I don't know if this will help but I bought my digital scale from Jenn at Lotioncrafters. It is very tiny...I bought it because it weighs in very small increments (grams also.) It is perfect for when you only need to measure 1 gram of this or 2.5 grams of that... Guest guest
OK, regarding scales ... are these scales digital, electronic? Are they like kitchen scales? Dede
Guest guest
digital & electronic. You can get ones that have replaceable " covers " that protect the lcd screen from volitile eos, or opt to use a slip of saran wrap or similar to protect them (I wrecked a scale with orange eo because I had a spill over the faceplate)..... you can buy postage scales that measure down to 1/10 oz or 1 gm at business supply places like Staples (don't know if they are in the US) for about $35 or cheaper... they just do smaller amounts. One with a tare function is almost essential! Shelley edgetexlady wrote: >OK, regarding scales ... are these scales digital, electronic? Guest guest
I just have a little scale, too... weighs down to tenths of a gram, capacity is only 150g... it works for what I've been doing currently. Eventually I want a larger scale as well. -Josh

Guest guest
I have a huge zip lock bag (gallon size I think) that I keep my scale in - any spills go on the bag and not on my scale Paula .......... in Michigan digital & electronic. Guest guest
if I have it covered and protected, I don't spill a thing - if it's uncovered, it's a whole different story !
