Dale,

Feel free to use my info. Probiotics are Nature's Life Acidophilus

Priobiotic, it's milk free and " suitable for vegetarians " as well. It is a soy

product.

Keisha -

Would you mind if I hold onto your post? I've been considering the idea of

introducing sniffing oregano as a possibility to help with infections with mamas

when they're advised against ingesting antibiotics (you know how docs tell you

don't take anything besides a codeine-free syrup for a cold then it blows up

into a really bad cold/the flu/strep????). What were the probiotics you took?

Hey Butch, would you mind allowing permission for a past post from you (you tell

me which one) or sending something that I could use as a reference re: oregano?

Not saying I'm actually ready to introduce the subject into my birth manual

because I'm known for giving out evidence-based research when citing research.

I do incorporate anecdotal information but I'm very clear in distinguishing

between the two and the anecdotal information I choose will always relate to

evidence based information.

Went to test my urine about 7 pm (24 hours on regimin) and I was NEGATIVE for

leucocytes. Called my midwife and she was ecstatic.

YEAH!!!!I love it when the natural stuff works.

Probiotics are a fave too.
