Also, while we are/were since I am behing - please always check the color of your stool. Look for fresh blood or for dark, tarry stools (very dark green to black in color). Food does affect color so if you've been eating a lot of greens, cherries, can give the appearance of tarry stools (this is blood in the stool, if fresh blood can be from hemorrohoids, etc, dark may be " old " blood or bleeding maybe from " higher " up or stomach. Note: this is not a diagnosis but color change should be noted & reported to your physician.
