Well, I was definitely one that missed " the main question " *S* Everyone is

different, some go once a day, every other day, etc. If a person is fairly

regular & do not go after 2 days then that is the time to start with a gentle

prod - stool softeners, etc & after a day or so then a gentle enema in case

there could be an obstruction problem. Constipation can cause a general " not

feeling good " feeling to even running a low grade fever, loss of appetite, &

bloated tummy stuff, etc..

Thanks Granny,

We managed to solve the problem without

having to go to doctors, with an enema when

she had not gone for a week, and herbal laxatives

after that.

By the time Mom left here she was quite regular

again and was getting more active in other ways

too.

And she gained a few much needed pounds.

This was definitely her last Canadian trip.

It just took too much out of her.
