Martin, are you confusing CO2 extracts (which are certainly not " waste

products " ) with the floral waxes?

Floral waxes may well be 'waste products'...what is left after the absolute

has been extracted from the concrete...

but CO2 extraction is a totally different process... hardly what one would

call 'waste products'

I think the confusion is that I've brought up questions on both of

them recently, looking into both of them for the same purpose, and

it's been difficult to keep track of who's talking about what in

which emails :)

Also, there appears to be different words used for different CO2

products (just as I started asking about " essential waxes " based on

an article, when most people call them " floral waxes " ). Here's where

I first read about them: http://www.naturesgift.com/CO2.htm I see

they mention " selects " and " totals " ... so should " CO2 extracts " refer

to one, both, or none of these? <laugh>

No I think the problem is simply language. I have sent an email to

Arthur Phillips to clarify the situation. As his company do every

kind of extraction including fractionating oils, he will know for

sure. Problem is they are always busy particularly at this time of

year, so it may take a while to get a reply. Much better to get an

answer from the maker rather than from wholesale suppliers who will

tell you anything to make a sale.
