Guest guest
Would the concern with regard to safety apply to orange peel wax as well? Guest guest
I can't find any information on the cosmetics company links you gave. In any case the fact something is promoted does not mean it is being used. If these waste products were used in commercial cosmetics it would be at a minute volume. This gets back to the problem I have talked about before, of equating the fact something is used in commercial cosmetics or food at minute volumes of use, and then assuming it is ok to use it at to the volumes used in aromatherapy or even in home soap making. The information on the link below is simply marketing hogwash. http://tinyurl.com/9gera And see next post Martin , " Christine Ziegler " <chrisziggy@e...> wrote: > Hey Martin, > > Check this out .. a European supplier of raw materials, Huiles Bertin, > is promoting floral waxes to the folks in the cosmetics industry: > http://www.cosmeticsdesign.com/productnews/productpresentation.asp? id=36 > 9 > <http://www.cosmeticsdesign.com/productnews/productpresentation.asp? id=3 > 69 & k=discover-bertin-s> & k=discover-bertin-s > or > http://tinyurl.com/9gera > > And the mag it was featured in, the one I posted the link to, isn't so > much geared towards the really little guys in the industry as much as it > is geared towards the big guys > > *Smile* > Chris (list mom) > <http://www.alittleolfactory.com> http://www.alittleolfactory.com > > > > > > On Behalf Of aromamedical2003 > > > Anyone who uses these substances in a product for use on the skin are > playing with fire and inviting a customer to sue you.
