Delivery Charges - For Those With Your Own Company

I am in the process of setting up my website for orders and I would

like to know how do you set up the postage say I normally ship via UPS

so how can it be set up so that depending on what people order if I

enter the weight of the product, it can calculate the shipping cost,

does that make sense? Is that something UPS will do for me or is it

something I will have to have my web guy do?
