Tracy,

Ibuprofen....oh my aching kidneys..... that stuff is nasty...

Yucca Root and Devil's Claw are two of my favorite anti-inflammatory herbs.

Glucosamine and Chondroitin are very useful to take for arthritis....and

be sure

to up your Vit C intake.

You can also make up a massage oil to massage into the area. I makeup a

herbal

healing balm of infused herbs and EO's that I'd be happy to share the

recipe with

you. It works wonders on most pain.

Hi Sandi,

I am not Tracy but could you send me a copy of your recipe as well? I have

a friend who is in incredible pain from Rheumatoid Arthritis and would like

to try it for him as nothing else is seeming to help lessen the pain. If

you could send me the recipe, I'd really appreciate it.

thanks in advance,

Dorothy (db)

Sandi, Would you consider sharing this w/ me as well? Having both

Fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis, I'm sure there are days that I'd welcome

this!

Thanks so much!

Ok Chris,

Here is the recipe for the Balm:

Base Oil is Almond and Olive Oil in which I infuse

Comfrey, Black Walnut, Chaparral, Lobelia, Marshmallow,

Skullcap, and St Johns Wort (organic or wild crafted only).

Add Wintergreen, & Arnica EO with just a touch of Camphor

once infused oil is ready and strained. I don't go by *drops* I go by

smell and when it feels right.

This has worked wonders for my Mom who has Arthritis and my daughter

who suffers from Diabetic Neuropathy.

Thanks Chris, I actually got it at the beginning of this digest . . .

weird, though, I posted the message asking for the recipe *days* ago!

Dunno why it took so long to get to the list. ;^P

And thanks, Sandi, for posting it in the first place! I appreciate it!
