Finely chop or blend in a blender with water to dilute. Add honey, if desired. Keep in a capped jar in refrigerator. Take a few tablespoons every few hours as needed. Should I share my onion sandwich decongestant recipe:-) Slice onion thinly. Spread bread slices with butter, sprinkle on a little Kosher salt and a lot of frshly ground black pepper. Loved it as a kid, love it now. Alternative decongestant: just plain horseradish from a bottle on a cracker. Whoa! Your head will blow off, but you'll be decongested and high from the endorphins, so you won't care. Happy to share, LOL. http://naturalperfumery.com The Web's Premier site for information on Natural Perfume for a great discussion group
