Hi Tracy,

 

It used at between 1% - 5%.

 

Its pretty much insoluble in water. It is soluble in acid and alkali.

 

I've used it in baby ointment and in my personal sunscreen.

 

Use it at the lower % to not leave the skin with a white film (and

don't gob the product on ;)
