Guest guest
Hi All, I want to make a Shampoo that helps get the chlorine out of hair. My Dd and myself swim everyday. She is on swim team and I am aqua fitness teacher. Here is my questions.? How would you include kelp in the forumula as I have heard that kelp can take chlorine out? Also would you think that it would be better to make a liquid shampoo, or a shampoo bar. I have been wanting to make a shampoo bar, but some said that all shampoo bar leave a residue on hair? Also have a friend who wants shampoo with Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, as she is allergic too it? any suggestions here? what is your experience? thanks, evemary whose DD has blonde green hair! Guest guest
Cant speak to the kelp part of your question. I do make shampoo bars and find that they work very well, but I would agree they leave a slight residue. Using a vinegar rinse after takes care of this problem. (don't know if the vinegar would help with the chlorine or not?...) There's my 2 cents, Juliet > Hi All, > I want to make a Shampoo that helps get the chlorine out of hair. > How > would you include kelp in the forumula as I have heard that kelp > can take chlorine out? > > Also would you think that it would be better to make a liquid shampoo, > or a shampoo bar.
