Hi, my son will be travelling to China and staying there for a couple of

months. I would like to send a small bottle of essential oil with him that

would be helpful against bugs etc especially mosquitos as it will be hot and

humid there. Thinking of Lemongrass or Citronella? I know catnip has been

discussed but want to keep it simple and pleasant smelling plus he would

have to take it in the original bottle, cannot take a mixture. Thanks for

any advice

Try this blend

2 parts Lemngrass

2 parts Lavender

1 part Eucalyptus

I live in Hong Kong and we have been using this blend at home and travel. Last

time, we have it with us to Bangkok, it works. Also smells wonderful.

Hope that helps

I sent my son off to Thailand with a whole kit of essential oils. He

seemed to use Lavender, Eucalyptus and Lemongrass most.

Kindest regards~

Lemon Eucalyptus (Euc. Citriodora) if he can only have a single oil.

Keep in mind that Eos w/ low flash points aren't allowed on airpplanes

w/out proper documantation (whatever that means) . . . you may want to

include this in your decision making.
