One high in Methyl Chav (the phytochemical that makes birch and wintergreen dangerous for long term use) and the other high in anethole. It's important to know which one you are using. Before ordering, I asked each producer for the breakdown of the two components so I would know. One major source here in the states didn't fall into the range for either chemotype... his fell half way in between for both.
