Guest guest
I use peppermint and lavender oil in a 50/50 blend. Juana Serrano True Essence Bath & Body Laziness travels so slowly that poverty soon overtakes it.
Guest guest
Hi I am looking for some thoughts and ideas on how to use peppermint oil for alleviating the effects of headaches or even the headache itself. I want to add to my post at http://www.blogestates.com/blog/omegafisher/2005/
Guest guest
Craig, I made a headache oil blend using peppermint oil . . . I have searched for the actual formula but seem to have it stuck somewhere other than where it is supposed to be. It contained peppermint and I believe rosemary or eucalyptus oil in jojoba. If I can locate it, I will post it to the list. Anyway, I have family members that get migraines. They use it and swear it helps if applied as soon as the headache begins and lie down for 1/2 an hour. This didn't help much, did it!! I got the formula from reading a label in a health store. Might go there and see if you can find one to mimic. -Helen
Guest guest
I also dilute my peppermint half and half with lavender. Then I dot it along my hairline in about 7 places. Mary in Michigan
Guest guest
I've been doing this one 5% Peppermint, 5% Bulgarian Lavender in Isopropyl Myristate. I fill a roller bottle and dab at pulse points, temples and just under my nose--it's kept me out of the hospital ER a LOT. Guest guest
It may not absorb as fast but it'd work--if you don't want to use IPM try some Jojoba instead.
