Let me preface it by saying I heard on the radio (in passing) something about kids with allergies having headaches at night.... THAT got me thinking. I get an AWFUL lot of migraines during the summer (past week, so far, 4) and I'm wondering if allergies can manifest with the only symptom being headaches (which of course turn into migraines for me). Anyone know of anything like this? Cheers! One way to help with this is to use a mattress cover and pillow cover and wash weekly. The other is to vacuum mattress and pillows. I suffer from MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivities). For about 8 years I have studied the affects chemicals and allergens have on us. Also, some people are affected by the flame retardant on their mattresses. Hope this enlightens a little.
