It is easy for such things to fall through the crack if a military funeral is not requested .. and a military funeral can be requested by by contacting the Survivors Benefits Office at any military post .. or if they don't have such an office listed in the directory .. contact the Post Headquarters or the G1 office. Please call the local Air Force Recruiter and ask him/her to get this into the system .. and get their name. Then please let me know what their response .. and actions .. are. If they are not appropriate .. I will see what I can do. Granted .. its not their primary job .. but any good NCO would accept it as a mission to be accomplished and would follow through to ensure it is accomplished. Public Relations IS their primary job! > Best, > Kirstin And to you .. and keep smiling. :-) Butch >>Monday we celebrate Memorial Day .. or rather .. we should >>celebrate Memorial Day .. >>http://www.usmemorialday.org/backgrnd.html >> >>It appears that the U.
