Often called " The Ancient Healing Oil of Hawaii " . Kukui Nut Oil contains

Vitamins A, E & F, and is cold (expeller) pressed from the nut of the Kukui

tree. The Hawaiian word " Kukui " means enlightened, and this oil was prized by

the ancient Kahunas and utilized in medicinal preparations. Today, this highly

polyunsaturated oil is still treasured by the Hawaiian people for its ancient

a similar composition.

 

Grown primarily in Australia and the Hawaiian Islands and closely related to the

hazelnut, this oil is a carrier and an emollient with excellent spreadability

and penetration properties. It imparts a smooth non-greasy afterfeel,

compensating skin and hair for the loss of natural lipids through cleansing,

etc. Resists rancidity due to its natural tocopherol content.
