Guest guest Posted May 26, 2005 Report Share Posted May 26, 2005 Another damiana recipe from The Fort, a really nice restaurant in Morrison Colorado. *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Damiana Lamb The Fort * 4 rib rack of lamb * Dijon Mustard * Panko Bread Crumbs (Japanese style breadcrumbs) * 1½ Tbs. damiana leaf Coat rack of lamb with Dijon mustard. In bowl, mix Panko bread crumbs with damiana leaf. Pour bread crumb mixture over lamb, pat to adhere (bread crumbs will adhere to the stickiness of the mustard).
