If you have more, bring em on! Is this 100% coffee or is it mixed with something else? (Coffee Butter is a proprietary blend of coffee oil {from the roasting of the beans} blended with hydrogenated vegetable oil to render a soft, pliant butter suitable for skin care applications) Does it tighten the bags under the eyes? (this has not been tested, but the skin softening and moisturizing should contribute to wrinkle reduction) Since the butter comes from the beans, I wanted to know if there was any caffeine in the butter? (It is likely low in caffeine since that material is water soluble) would like find info on " why " I would want to use it, what can it do for our skin etc....any vitamins, nutrients etc. that it may contain and how does it help human skin and so on... (I understand. Attached is our product spec sheet which addresses the skin care attributes that we know about. There is likely an antioxidant aspect to this product from the natural polyphenols that occur in coffee, which could help skin's lipids from peroxidizing (lipid peroxidation causes the lipid barrier of the skin to deplete, causing wrinkles to develop) Attachment: Coffee Butter [Proposed INCI Name = Coffea arabica seed oil & hydrogenated vegetable oil] Coffee Butter is produced via hydrogenation of roasted coffee oil which is obtained by a specific cold pressing process of selected coffee beans (seeds). Coffee oil mainly contains polyunsaturated linoleic acid with a high content of palmitic acid. After a specific light hydrogenation process, this vegetable oil offers higher oxidation stability (a lower linoleic content) with an exceptional smooth and elegant feeling on the skin. Coffee Butter exhibits excellent spreadability on the skin, making it ideal as a massage butter or carrier for unique skin treatment products. With the growing popularity of coffee in today’s youth oriented marketplace, Coffee Butter will find wide acceptance in a variety of product applications. It adds moisturizing attributes to creams and lotions and bar soaps. May be used in cosmetics, toiletries, soaps, massage oils & balms, hair care and sun care preparations.
