I wish we had talked about this Lilac infusion sooner as mine are now on their way out. :>( Chris and Bree you really don't need cows milk to do the ice cream. Just stick with the goats milk, if your goats milk happens to be from Nigerian dwarf dairy goats (not trying to start anything with other dairy goat owners on here) then you won't necessarily need any other cream added. Nigerians have an incredibly high butterfat in their milk and it is wonderful for making butter, ice cream and raw milk aged cheese. I used to do this when we had our farm and goats.
