For those of you that got in on Chris's lovely vanilla bean fast buy, May's

The Herb Companion has soe really nice recipes.

Also, I just received a Countryside magazine & it has some goatsmilk ice

recipes (2 of them I think). Thought this would be of some interest to some in

light of some past posts.

I don't know of the legalities of posting recipes from magazines. Let

me know if anyone is interested & if I can post them.

Hi Georgia,

 

There are a few quirks about copyright laws when it comes to recipes.

Ingredients in a recipe are not protected by copyright laws, only the

instructions are. That means that if someone wanted to put their own

version of the instructions for a recipe on their website it is legal to

do

 

I'd especially LOVE to see the goats milk ice cream recipes as tonight I

break in the ice cream maker <grinz>
