What Ice Cream Shall I Make?

Okay, Christine, here's something I have a great idea about! My favorite

homemade ice cream trick is to make rich, creamy vanilla, and then, as it comes

out, stir in lots of chopped Reeces Pieces cups. When I serve it, I made a

thinish peanut butter sauce and a thick fudge sauce. I have only made it a few

times, now that I think of it, it's more like once every five to ten years or

so! It takes that long to get it back off my hips! Anna

Sky's the limit- I am sure you are going to have fun playing with this

new toy.

With pure vanilla- of course Rose is heavenly- hydrosol and petals-

also try adding a bit of cardamon and black pepper. Vanilla ice cream

is also wonderful with Neroli- try some of the hydrosol along with tiny

bits of orange peel perhaps. I make Rose and Vanilla and Neroli and

Vanilla ices creams a lot. Lavender can be nice too.

Really it is limitless. I'd also be playing with fresh coconut, mango,

lemon, chocolate with ground expresso beans, and on and on....:-)

Italian gelatos can be great inspiration. Sorbettos too..
