Guest guest
Does anyone have a way to deter these critters? They have eaten about 15 holes in the side of our trailer and my folks are also having a problem with them. They are drilling holes in the trunk of their magnolia tree.....all in a straight line, kind of funny to look at, not funny to them obviously! Thanks! Guest guest
i had a similar problem with a woodpecker who was in love with our cedar shingled chimney -- right when our house was being inspected by a prospective buyer. these birds have impeccable timing! i got an inflatable " scarecrow " (it was actually a beach ball sized ball with reflective eyes across it) from a garden shop and hung it on the chimney. an " owl " might work too for your trailer, but the balloon might work better for your folks, depending on how tall the tree is. HTH & good luck! - " Chris Kelly " <Purrrdy Does anyone have a way to deter these critters? They have eaten about 15 holes in the side of our trailer and my folks are also having a problem with them. Guest guest
Do you have a clock on the wall? They punch holes when they hear vibrations which they think are insects. Just a thought...
