Guest guest
Hello, My name is Bonnie and I just joined this list yesterday after a friend of mine forwarded me the polyglucose pre-buy info (I am sure my daughter will go through 8 lbs of it in no time -- she's a bubble bath addict with lots of skin sensitivities!). I have always been interested in herbal/natural healing and became an official " hobbyist " while pregnant with my first & only kid 3 years ago (she's now 2.5 and can throw a damn good hissy fit! well, she learned from the best as i'm sure my dad would love to point out.). Had an at home water birth and can't recommend it enough to anyone willing to listen to some lunatic who never stepped foot in a doctor's office or hospital to have a baby! My official career is web developer and I have a proprietary website called " Web Baby Shower " where I offer online baby shower services, baby shower games, pregnancy info, mother blessing (blessingway) planning info, organic pregnancy tea, and toddler software, among other things. I am in the process of switching my company name to " Snowboard Mommy Productions " as " Web Baby Shower " just doesn't quite cover the range of services and products I provide anymore. Plus, I am an avid snowboarder and everyone may as well know up front that if I haven't replied immediately to their email it's probably b/c I'm stuck in some tree well on the backside of Mt. Bachelor (Bend, OR)! One of the best reasons to become an advanced skier/snowboarder is so you can get out of the cell phone coverage range at any resort! No, actually I CAN'T hear you now!!; ) I also want to get out of the baby shower niche (I never really planned to get there, somehow I'm there anyway) and plan to expand my online services to include all types of celebrations (not just baby showers) and even memorial websites. I also do e-commerce and content management solutions for small-medium businesses as a freelance web developer. As far as herbalism goes, I am still an advanced beginner and hobbyist and am considering doing an herbalism distance course as I would like to expand my line of natural pregnancy and baby care items (or I guess CREATE a line since I only have one product right now). But, enough about me. I only know enough to be dangerous so I'm sure you'll all be sick of hearing from me in no time !! Happy mothers' day to all the moms on the list. (and thanks for the bouquet, Michelle!) ~Bonnie
