Guest guest
Hello everyone, Have any of you used aloe oil (as opposed to aloe gel or aloe juice)? I've seen aloe oil mentioned in various places, and I've wondered if it is really an oil -- is it actually viscous and " oily " feeling, like other fixed/carrier oils are? Or is it a wax, maybe? Any info on its properties and uses would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your response! Guest guest
Hi KC, I use aloe oil in my lip balms. It is oily. Mine says it's aloe in soy oil. So I think that the aloe can be infused into the oil so check with your supplier and see what the oil is. I think I've seen it in sunflower oil too. Properties would be similar to what the oil is good for and of course the healing benefits of aloe. Uses are open to whatever you'd use any other oil for. I like it in lip balm and lotion bars. hth, Margaret http://www.naturalindulgences.com > >Hello everyone, > >Have any of you used aloe oil (as opposed to aloe gel or aloe juice)? > I've seen aloe oil mentioned in various places, and I've wondered if >it is really an oil -- is it actually viscous and " oily " feeling, like >other fixed/carrier oils are?
