Hawaii - Traditional 'Alaea Red Sea Salt:

 

This authentic Hawaiian sea salt is a traditional ingredient used in

cooking by the native people of these islands. This salt has also been

traditionally used to cleanse, purify and bless tools and canoes as well

as be used healing rituals. It is non-processed and rich in trace

minerals all of which are found in the sea water surrounding the

Hawaiian Islands. It receives it's beautiful pinkish-brown color from

small amounts of harvested reddish Hawaiian clay ('Alaea) which enriches

the salt with Iron-Oxide.

I will be ordering this salt after the sale closes. It will take about

2-3 weeks to arrive to me (it comes via slow boat from Hawaii -

literally . At that time all orders will be shipped.

I can fit about 5 lbs of salt into a Flat Rate Envelope (plus Insurance

& Delivery Confirmation)

and I can fit about 15 lbs of salt into a Flat Rate Box (plus Insurance

& Delivery Confirmation).

Ground services are, of course, still an option too.
