One note I'd like to add about the " carrier " powder ... I have found

that tapioca starch makes for a wonderful powder - much smoother and

silkier than cornstarch.

I have a rather large container of the tapioca powder and I was looking at it

today wondering if I could use it in place of cornstarch. Now I know of at

least one application. Thanks Chris. Does anyone know if it can be

substituted for cornstarch in Bath Fizzies?

TIA
