That is really good stuff - I keep a box of it on hand here all the time

- and the kids one too - but for the record - Gary Null's Suprema C

Powder (cherry) is the best - especially for mega dosing!

It really is the best Vit C I've ever found - even if Gary is a bit of a

pompous arse ;-p (yes, I've met him in person several time and that is

my impression, sorry, but he has a great Vit C powder - only get the

cherry flavor - the strawberry tastes nasty

I've had the same results with Alacer EmergenC.

Take one every 2 hours and it kicks colds in the butt.

Vitamin c, b's and mineral ascorbates.
