Guest guest Posted March 18, 2005 Report Share Posted March 18, 2005 Anyone here make their own cheeses? I recently made a batch of kefir leban cheese and it came out wonderfully. Now that I have brewed some more kefir I am about to teach my 5 yr old son how to make a batch of it tonight. He's really excited I am becoming friends with a gal over here at my local goat farm and she is getting into cheese making and we're planning on getting together soon to try making a few varieties together using some cheese starters. I was just wondering if anyone here has done this and if so, what were your experiences?
