Thanks again, Karen S. Karen, I don't know what was on that tape, but if you want to learn about the dangers of anti-depressants without anyone selling you anything, go here: http://drugawareness.org Ien in the Kootenays *********************************************** " If the brain were so simple we could understand it, we would be so simple that we couldn't " . ~Lyall Watson Nourish your brain with whole wild food aquazon *********************************************
Guest guest
OOPS!!! I had not been to the DrugAwareness site for a while, and was surprised to find a bunch of YLEO stuff on there as well as a pitch for a muliti vitamin and mineral product called Reliv. Under the " alternatives " tab. Sorry! Ignore what you don't want to see and take in the excellent information anyway. Dr Ann Blake Tracy has been fighting the good fight for many years. If she can make a few bucks on a nutrition product, more power to her. Nutrition is one key factor in treating depression. Different things work for different people. My favorite moment in my years of " algaevangelism " was the mother of a three-year old who had been suffering post-partum depression ever since the birth. (ask off list) Another great resource for any depressed person is... FlyLady!!! My guru! What does a shiny sink have to do with depression? You'd be surprised. When you feel as if your life is in order you tend to feel better about life too. Guest guest
I agree with Ien abut FlyLady. She has an excellent list especially for those who are completely disorganized when it comes to affairs of the home. I was on her mailing list for a while but had to give it up. Traffic is really heavy (or used to be). She has some good common sense ideas. Cheers!
