Guest guest
This newbie would like to know which EO's are good for smelling to help drive away the blues. I'm a native Floridian who has lived the last 18 years in Kentucky who just had to move to northern Ohio and I'm having the worst time adjusting to not having sunshine. I've been thinking about trying some of the special light bulbs (can't think of the name of them right now, suffering a sinus headache) but if there are certain EO's that would help with the blue feelings better then light bulbs that would be wonderful. I've only been dealing with EO's for the last year, so I don't know much about all the wonderful properties of all of them. Any guidance from yall would be so welcomed. Blessings to you, Janet C. Everyone I think has their favorite blend of oils that just does it for them. I love Lavender. Pretty basic, but it does something to me. I have a little bar of Lavender soap I made that I never sold and I keep it at my desk at work and I just put it up to my nose and take a good whiff. You can try some Lavender, Rosemary, Sweet Orange, Ylang Ylang just to name a few oils and I'm listing these separately not as a blend. Playing around with blending these though can create a lot of fun in the afternoon. There are some fragrance oils I react to. I have perfume Coconut Oil that I wear during the Winter also that I just love the scent and it mellows me out quite a bit. That's just my couple of pennies.
