Hi all!

Well, it's cold and flu season in the south....and usually " I " am the first

to come down with anything that is going around, while my husband

practically NEVER gets sick.

Hubby was bed bound this weekend, with the worst cold or flu that I have

ever seen him with. :( Miraculous is....I'm still NOT sick! : D How

great is that???

The only thing that I am doing differently is sniffing the Oregano Vulgare

EO that I got from Butch.

I finally got hubby to sniff the EO...and he doesn't like the smell. (Dumb

critter! I told him he can stand to smell something 'bad' in order to feel

good...but he didn't listen! I actually like the smell. <shrug>) So, I

put a drop or two in his soup....he choked it down, complaining the whole

time.

He's feeling a bit better today....he went on to work. :) Of course,

he'll never admit it's the EO that's helping him...he'd rather believe it's

the OTC cold medicines that are working.

But for me....I am a FIRM believer in the Oregano EO.... : D I'm doing the

'happy I'm not sick, and I'm not going to get sick, dance!' LOL

Thanks Butch! ;)

Take care!

Hi Candy:

I keep a tiny amount of the Oregano in my scent pot and don't even light it.

Makes the house smell great and I've been exposed to the flu on 3 separate

occasions and not once have I caught the bug. I'm also diabetic so I catch

everything that comes along. Not anymore ! Good thing " we " believe in it enough

to use it. I like the smell a lot and decided not to heat the oil/water combo

in the little dish as it gets too strong. Just right sitting out on the shelf.
