Most vary from 3 months to never :-) Go to www.soapnuts.com and they have a section in there that will give you an average life span of an oil. I find most will last a little longer than they say especially if they are kept in the fridge. As long as the oil doesnt smell rancid/fishy then they should be ok. Definately freeze them to extend their life.
