You can't freeze anything at 4 C .. and likely it is that any oil you have will be difficult to freeze solid. BUT .. PURE Rose Otto and Anise Seed will crystallize at much warmer temperatures than that. Has to do with the steraptenes. And it will not harm the oil .. when you bring it back to room temperature it will regain the old consistency/density. IF Rose Otto doesn't crystallize then its adulterated .. most likely with Phenyl ethyl alcohol. > Will there be problem or am I worried for nothing?
