Guest guest
This is something I have never tried--yet :-) When it gets whipped--does it stay whipped or does it start to deteriorate back to normal again? How long do you freeze for at a time? Guest guest
It stays whipped, but I don't put mine in the freezer and would never add water to it. Guest guest
I would say about 10 minutes of freezing each time. It will be your last whip when a skin has formed at the top. It does not loose the whipped consistency. It looks great. Guest guest
I had some whipped shea butter that shrunk after it sat awhile in the container in my bathroom (hubby likes the bathroom quite hot when he showers), so perhaps if your product goes into extreme temperature changes the consistancy will change... just a thought, especially if you ship some to a friend in the summer months :-) Shelley Jessica Burman wrote: >I would say about 10 minutes of freezing each time. Guest guest
You can use palm stearic acid to help prevent changes in consistency due to high temperatures.
