Guest guest Posted February 17, 2005 Report Share Posted February 17, 2005 Well, I am not sure of the recipe you used but the difference between a perfume, cologne, eau de cologne, and splash is the amount of water in them. If you are using vodka, depending on the proof, you may not want to add any water if you want to make a perfume. The more you dilute, the softer the scent will be.
