Serra,

Speaking of " chewy " coffee...have you ever been to Louisiana and had " chicory "

coffee? MAN that is some " STRONG " stuff! It is coffee with ground chickory in

it, and boy does it make the coffee strong!! I love my coffee more than tea,

but a cup of that stuff will satisfy me for the whole day, or maybe two! We can

get it here in Houston, but I save my desire for when I make it over to

Louisiana*S*!

As far as morning goes tho--the stronger the coffee, the better. Seems

it's my Scandahoovian upbringing--most of my relatives liked their

coffee " chewy "

Dean & DeLuca has a " Scandinavian Blend " that is very good.
