Sinus trouble often responds very well to Reflexology. And the nice thing about fingertip techniques is that most of us always have the materials on hand and they don't cost anything! The nicest book for self-help to learn Reflexology from is Laura Norman's " Feet First " . It is simple and easy. There is a great book on acupressure that absolutely anyone can learn from. " Acupressure's potent points " by Michael Reed Gach. Clear illustrations. Not a lot of babble, just how-to. Imagine how different the world would be if we taught these techniques to our kids in elementary school? Grade 3 or 4, before they get all self-conscious. Add a good nutrition class and a few herb walks.
