Guest guest
Howdy y'all, > Hi Michelle, > > I find that sniffing Oregano oil (one of the varieties high in carvacrol > such as Origanum dubium or O. vulgare) is really good for helping get to > the root of sinus issues, especially the ones caused by some sort of > infection. Perzackly right. Speaking from personal experience and lots of collected data .. most folks who suffer frequent or chronic sinus infections are just having bouts of the SAME infection. Gotta kill the critters DEAD instead of just treating the symptoms. Oregano will kick Big Bad Bug Butts .. doesn't work ALL the time but works MOST of the time. I had sinus infections 2-3 times a year for 10 or more years .. antibiotics fixed them temporarily but actually made the problem worse .. and the critters stronger. When I started to deal with Origanum they died and they has not been resurrected .. this has been maybe 12 or so years ago. I've written more on this .. as I usually do ;-) in previous posts to the list .. and they are in the archive. > It can be used alone or in blends with some of the other oils mentioned > already , such as Lavender (Lavandula stoechas would be really good here), > Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Rosemary (a high cineol variety of Rosmarinus > officinalis), What she is rightfully saying is .. Cineole Chemotype .. NOT the others. > Eucalyptus (such as e. globulous or e. radiata), etc ... Or .. for little rug rats .. Eucalyptus, Gully Gum (E. smithii) as its a bit milder. > *Smile* > Chris (list mom) > http://www.alittleolfactory.com Smiling I am .. y'all too. :-P Butch http://www.AV-AT.com
