Guest guest
Hey Vicki, > Hey Butch > > You know the worst thing about raising kids? You think you're doing > the right thing then it turns out you're not. Maybe that's true and for a fact hindsight is a clear sight. But things might change again afore we focus on what was or should have been. Like I said in another post .. being a parent and a spouse are the two most important roles of our lives and the two in which we have the least training. But fortunately for most younguns .. those of us who care and try to do our best usually seem to accidentally get it right. > Just when you think you have it right, another theory gets blown out > of the water and yesterday's expert advice is rendered inaccurate:-( Yep .. but that's a part of our social evolution. If we look back at how folks did things 50 years ago .. things that were normal and totally correct .. imagine how folks will look back at us 50 years from now. > I'm glad that's one problem I don't have to contend with:-) Bad enough > looking after the dog who thinks she's a kid LOL. Dawgs are kids .. they're more difficult to deal with than are human rug rats cause they are smarter than us .. they can understand what we say but we're not always smart enough to learn their language. ;-) As for the article below .. all we gotta do is be patient and wait for the next change of position. > Vicki Y'all keep smiling. :-) Butch http://www.AV-AT.com >>Less Exposure to Pets, Dust May Not Cut Allergies >> >>By Alison McCook >> >>NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Kids who spend less time during their early >>years around pets and dust don't appear to have a lower risk of >>developing asthma or respiratory problems, new research reports.
