Guest guest
Hello Chris, I love them but have always mixed mine. I mix my Mustards with Turnip greens. Some of my friend mix with Spinash and others with kale. So if you have another kind of greens to mix. go for it. If not you could try it on its own. I like to cook mine with Smoked Turkey wings, ham or what I have at the time that's smoked. I like to kick this up a little so I add a little salt and onion powder. If I hold off on the onion powder as it cooks, I cut some onion and tomato to eat as a topping. My mother used something called Chow chow. As you can see it is a happy dish. In Sundays and Holidays we didn't have dinner if there is no greens on the table. Now I got to get my Collard greens. I made me want some. LOL Hey folks, I got my local veggie co-op order this week and it has a BIG bunch of mustard greens in it. Anyone got any good recipes for them? They are one of those veggies I have little to no experience with. Thanks!
