Hi, does anyone have a recipe that they would be willing to share with me either

privately or onlist for a salt or sugar scrub... I do have a recipe that tends

to set in the jar like cement, I know that this was discussed at some point of

another but after going through 11,000 messages in the archives, I'm starting to

see double...

Any helps would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks

Carol

Hi Carol,

Scrubs can be as simple or complicated as you like. For me, what I need is a

treatment that gets rid of dead skin cells and leaves my skin feeling silky

and sweet smelling.

I use

White sugar as I don't like the mess left by brown sugar...your choice.

Glycerine to counteract any dryness.

Almond oil but any similar oil is suitable.

My favourite blend of essential oils.

1 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of your favourite oil

2 teaspoons glycerine

15 drops of your favourite essential oil.

Mix all together but if it seems to go too stiff after a while you can

simply mix in more oil.
