Guest guest
Hi all, Just wondering if anyone has an extra strength pain reliever recipe using emu oil? I want to make a very tiny batch maybe 8 ounces. My husband is a construction worker and has very bad pain. He suffers from knee, back, neck elbow & shoulder pain. Most things we've tried from the health store help a little but not as much as he'd like. I have these ingredients on hand: Emu, sunflower, olive, virgin coconut, unrefined avocado, babassu, vitamin e, glycerine, grape seed, & black seed oils. Butters I have on hand, are hemp seed, aloe, mango, macadamia nut, & raw shea. essential oils I have peppermint, spearmint, eucalyptus, lavender, patchouli, listea cubeba, sweet orange, red mandarin, geranium. I also have msm crystals and cayenne pepper. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Juana

Guest guest
Do you have a basic lotion recipe? If so, sub the emu oil in place of the liquid oil. Multiply your water weight by 15%, add that much MSM to the water. Be sure that you either boil the water, or heat it for awhile, in order for the MSM crystals to disolve. If you don't have a recipe, let me know and I'll send you one privately. For eo's you might try the lavender or other calming essential oil. I myself might try a little pepper in it for the warming effect, but would have to play with it before I would tell you percentages. Hope this helps. If not, contact me. Will be busy most of the morning, but will try and get back to the puter after awhile. Anita in TX dadsjuana Hi all, Just wondering if anyone has an extra strength pain reliever recipe using emu oil?
