Hi Michelle,

True it is .. on my trip to the Gila National Wilderness last summer I

climbed for hours at a time and it was a heckuva lot easier than last

night. Different kinda muscle use .. that's for sure.

I am not liable to be having a heart attack anytime soon cause I gave

that old ticker a workout for maybe three solid hours last night with

very few breaks. ;-)

Yep .. I hear you. Seven years ago I was doing a 5 mile run every other

day and starting each day with 100 pushups and 100 sit ups .. now I have

become lazy .. 2 miles has my butt dragging. I can still do the 100

pushups but I have to gut out 25 sit ups now. ;-)

I still SCUBA frequently but the fact is that the older folks get the

more they need to SCUBA .. for some of those in their 80s and such who

have problems with aches and pains on land .. they'll find that the

pains are not there when they reach neutral buoyancy under water.

Thanks .. I look forward to it. I never ever had a desire to be rich ..

and though I made a lot of money with my Turkish company in the early

years I spent it all .. threw it away in fact .. because the taxes here

are over 50% so it was use it up or give it to the government. I never

regretted throwing it away on travel and the like .. good memories all.

Now I have what most average American folks want .. just enough to live

a fairly comfortable life .. with a steady income .. and trying to get

more just seems foolish to me.

And since I am drawing early Social Security .. the option of continuing

to work is not there anyway .. which I like. ;-)
